This is a small family operation (father and four sons) that oversees farming and harvest. This Bordeaux Superieur is a blend of 70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc. The wine is classical in style and offers soft, round fruit along with a hint of dusty earth. Vinification and aging are all in stainless.
